Kala Via is a Tour Operator specialized in cycling tourism and responsible travel (license no. 2611 of 02/02/2026).

We are a group of Calabrians, deeply knowledgeable about our territory, and we fully embrace these values. The passion for cycling among some of us has led to the creation of itineraries that combine iconic places – such as the Ciclovia dei Parchi della Calabria, the Sentiero dell’Inglese, Pentedattilo, Scilla, and the UNESCO Geopark – with lesser-known villages and areas, far from mass tourism routes.

Calabria has always been imagined as a land of the sea, embraced by the Tyrrhenian and Ionian seas, with coasts and beaches of extraordinary beauty.

But this is only part of its story.

There is another Calabria, more authentic and surprising, that lives in its mountainous inland: untouched forests, rocky cliffs, ravines, plateaus, and breathtaking wild landscapes. A powerful and sincere land, where time seems to flow at a different rhythm.

Here survives an ancient culture, rooted in a deep connection with the land, respect for nature’s cycles, and a genuine, spontaneous hospitality, never manufactured.

There are still isolated and wild areas, little touched by humans, where silence has space, landscapes remain intact, and every experience is authentic. Places where you do not simply witness a spectacle, but become part of it.
